Project Description:

 

The Co-operative Group is a £14 billion company, employs 120,000 staff and operates over 5,000 retail trading outlets serving more than 20 million customers per week. Its diverse business operations include food, financial services, travel, pharmacy, funerals and farms.

 

As part of engagement we are reviewing current HR policy and process followed by shared service model, review current Oracle HRMS system utilization, cost benefit analysis, recommend system and process improvements.

Project Description:

 

FEXCO is a €200m company with 1500 employees based out of Ireland, a leading company in Merchant Service, Business service, Customer Service and International Service. It has 16 diverse operations based out of Australia, Asia, Europe, Middle East and USA.

 

As part of engagement we improved HR process and developed system solutions using Oracle e-business suite that will suite FEXCO taking current business operations and future growth into consideration. Key enhancements were employee self service, talent management and learning development.

Project Description:

 

The Department for Work and Pensions is responsible for welfare and pension policy, It is the biggest public service delivery department in the UK and serves over 20 million customers.

 

As part of engagement we implemented Oracle application module Role Based Access Control (RBAC). This implementation involved building system for approximately 45000 users to access Oracle application module i.e. Accounts Payables, Cash Management, General Ledger and custom application.

Imperial College, London is rated world’s best university for science based institution with a reputation for excellence in teaching and research.

 


As part of engagement we implemented new features i.e. Pension Scheme, Secure Cheque Printing, Payroll Elements and supported existing application modules i.e. Payroll and Labour Distribution for more than 15,000 employees.
