He is an Oracle Consultant with over 7 years of rich work experience in human capital management application consulting and outsourcing solution. He has 5 years of Oracle Apps consulting experience in 5 Countries and across 8 industries. He has sucessfully carried out:

 

•    3 complete lifecycle implementations of HRMS
•    4 complete lifecycle implementations of Payroll
•    1 complete lifecycle implementation of Talent Management

A Post Graduation in Personal Management & Human Resource from Symbiosis institute of Management Studies, Balaji has done his Masters in Labour Law & Labour Welfare from University of Pune. He lives in London.

An SAP Consultant, Sujatha brings over 14 years of experience in areas of Human Resources, Manpower Planning, Recruitment and Selection, and Car Training. She has over 7 years’ hands on experience in SAP R/3 covering the various sub-modules of Human Resource module, Customization of Human Resource module BIW Reporting, ALE/ IDOCs.

 

Sujatha is proficient in SAP HR module covering the various sub-modules in customization of Organization Management, Personnel Administration, Personnel Development, Recruitment, Training & Event Management ‘Learning Solutions’ (LSO) & Time Management, Travel & Expenses, Benefits, Enterprise compensation Management and BIW Reporting and HR ABAP.
